Cameron Lollar isn't just a pitmaster — he's a product of North Omaha, one of the most culturally rich communities in the Midwest. Born and raised right here in Nebraska, Cameron discovered his passion for slow-smoked BBQ through family, community, and fire. In 2018 he turned that passion into Chef SuperDad's BBQ & Catering, a full-service catering operation that has since become one of Omaha's most sought-after names for events large and small.

From backyard birthday parties to corporate luncheons, church fundraisers to wedding receptions, Cameron shows up with the same dedication every time — real wood smoke, real seasoning, and real care. His menu draws from the deep well of American BBQ tradition: slow-smoked brisket, fall-off-the-bone ribs, hand-pulled pork, smoked wings, jambalaya, dirty rice, and sides that make people go back for thirds.

A general rule is 1/3 lb of cooked meat per adult for a meal with sides. Cameron will help you calculate the right amount during your quote call.
Do you offer delivery or drop-off catering?
Yes. Delivery is available for a flat $15 fee. Buffet-style full-service setup is also available.
